Topic: Project Funding and Budgeting Strategies
Speaker: Laurie Flynn, PMP - HRIS Technical Project Manager - IGT
Laurie Flynn, PMP has 25 plus years of IT experience with more than 10 years managing projects in various industries such as gaming, government, utility, and retail distribution. She managed IT projects primarily relating to financials, revenues, regulatory, and human resources. As an IT Manager for the State of Nevada, Laurie testified before the Interim Finance Committee and the Senate Finance and Assembly Ways and Means joint sub-committee during the Legislative Session. She currently manages multiple IT projects for International Game Technology within the Human Resources department. Previous positions have included Computer Operator, Programmer, Consultant Programmer, Team Leader, IT Manager, and HRIS Technical Project Manager.
